Dr Agnes's Story
Without knowing it at the time, I developed the anti-ageing program in 2004. After gaining 13kg within one year and feeling miserable due to several failed diets, I began researching how specific foods and lifestyle choices influence weight loss, ageing, motivation, mood and ability to succeed.
I developed a lifestyle program for myself and I lost 13kgs within one year. The methods I used made the process simple and effortless, and the changes are permanent. I have maintained my weight, within a few kilos, for 7 years and I feel much younger and healthier than I did at 33.
